Hotel Unity "A Varanda" 

Alvito, village with a great monumental and landscape richness, is a pleasant place full of interesting references concerning tourism and recreation, such as Chapels and Churches, Gothic Style Portals and  a fortified Castle, built under the order of the Barons (Alvito was the first Portuguese Barony).

In Alvito you can find the Hotel Unity "Varanda" located in the "Praça da República" (Republic Square), the Historical centre of the village.

It is an Inn and Restaurant with Cocktail Bar and a charming esplanade in front.

In the Restaurant opened twenty years ago, truly delicious meals are served to the delight of the Portuguese and strangers alike.

In the "Lady Di" bar different aperitifs can be had while listening to 60`s music (in the near future there will be live music).

The esplanade is the ideal place to have drinks in the late afternoon in front of the imposing castle, feeling the quietness of  the beautiful village.
